I am thrilled to have collaborated with Brain Health Network – a company on a mission to educate people of all ages on how they can reduce the risk of neurodegeneration in later life. Through Brain Health Network’s six key pillars – healthy life, nutrition, gut health, sleep, active mind and exercise – the team works with professors and academics from leading institutions around the world, sharing the latest studies and research related to our brain health. Their mission is simple: stay sharp, feel good and reduce risk.
